What sort of training is available for Xperios?
Training will be provided via interactive online modules that cover all areas of the software. Additionally, consultancy can be purchased for advice on the best ways to use Xperios and fully benefit from its automated and streamlined approaches to working. The additional consultancy will also explain the more complex usages of Xperios. If you feel like you need a refresher, you can revisit our training modules and user documentation directly from the system. It's all built-in!
How much does Xperios cost?
Xperios is charged at £75 per back-office user per month. This is inclusive of data hosting, access for Teachers, Parents, and Schools.
Will I be able to retain my historical data?
Yes, moving to Xperios doesn’t mean losing your data! All data can be carried across to Xperios. This is done as part of a data migration process arranged with the Paritor team. To set up a download of your historical data into Xperios please consult a member of our team. You can also begin to add data to Xperios immediately after downloading.
Which payment providers can be used with Xperios?
We recommend Sage Pay, Worldpay, and Stripe. Xperios supports the usage of these providers.
Is a trial of Xperios available?
We will be offering trials to those that wish to move in the new year. As our first set of customers, those included will be able to use Xperios for 6 weeks before going live. Those migrating later will go through an implementation process before switching directly over to Xperios.
How long will Ensemble be supported?
We want to ensure that your transition to Xperios is stress-free and easy. Our aim is to move all services over by August 2021 at the earliest. We will be officially announcing the end of support in August 2022. We will undergo communications with each customer individually and agree on a timeframe that works for both parties.
