Can I schedule everything I do?
Be super-organised and use your time productively. Schedule group activities, individual activities, one-off workshops, ensembles, personal appointments and more.

• Attach pupils to activities.
• Setup individual and group lessons.
• Record pupils' attendance and attainment for each lesson.

What if I can’t teach a lesson?
If something comes up at the last minute, record which lessons haven’t taken place, give a reason, and re-schedule them.
