Timetables define all the tuition you provide, they link the teachers with venues such as schools and centres and show dates and time when lessons take place, groups rehearse and perform and when courses are run.
Timetables are constructed from schedules which define the pattern of tuition, the venue, the teachers, frequency, duration etc. From the schedules the system produces diary entries show what tuition is taking place each day, where and with whom.
