Reporting
Academy includes a set of data extract wizards and a powerful reporting and analysis tool called Paritor Insight. This allows you to analyse your data, summarise it, design reports, plot graphs, and use the data to send out bulk emails and text messages. Export the data to an external tool such as Excel or Word.
Additionally write your own queries or take the data from a report to extract data and display in easy to understand grids. The data can be grouped by simply dragging columns into the ‘Group by Area’, have filters applied, sorted and summarised.
Create new sets of data from your grouped and filtered data. Using the Chart Wizard it’s easy to produce graphs from your data and there are other wizards to create letters, labels, send bulk emails and SMS text messages.
