EMAIL
With Solo you can email directly from any record card that contains an email address and merge context data into your email. This allows you to efficiently communicate with your pupils or parents. Reports can also be automatically split into individual sections, converted to PDF and emailed to the appropri-ate person.
SMS TEXT
Send text messages directly from the soft-ware, which means that you can directly and efficiently correspond with the recipient wherever they are and whatever they are doing. Send the message to an individu-al or using selection criteria, send text messages in bulk.
CORRESPONDENCE
Using the built in wizard generate new letters or merge data with existing letter layouts. It is also possible to merge data with Microsoft Word. All correspondence including any attach-ments are logged by the system.
