Invoices are automatically created as well as manual entry of ad-hoc invoices for one off charges together with other postings such as credits. Payments can be easily recorded and matched against the original invoice.
An important part of any business is the management of outstanding debt. Solo provides powerful tools for doing just that. Each debtor has their own account showing both current and historical transactions together with a breakdown of any debt. The system also produces reports of outstanding debt.
