ENSEMBLE ENTERPRISE SUPERSEDES ENSEMBLEXP.NET

Any new users of Ensemble will now be using the Enterprise edition; EnsembleXP.Net’s successor. Ensemble enterprise offers many new features and enhancements including (but by no means limited to)...

New powerful scheduling tools
Scheduling is not limited to academic terms, so activities can be diarised for any number of weeks, regardless of the academic term structure. This is useful for WOPs activities that might only last for 10 or 15 weeks.

Ledger separation
Use one part of the ledger for term-time tuition, and a separate part for deposits on events and trips. This allows deposits to be receipted without offsetting outstanding tuition bills.

Infinite user-specified fields on record cards
Users can create as many extra data fields as they like. A variety of formats are available; text, number, date, drop-down list, yes/no etc. This allows users to customise their database to an even greater extent.

Flexible billing periods
Ensemble enterprise copes with more than one Billing Period. This means that different chargeable activities can be billed at different times of the year. For example, parents could be billed termly for tuition, whilst schools are billed bi-annually and instrument hire is charged annually.

Automatic document send out
Reports and documents produced from Ensemble Enterprise can be sent electronically to teachers and schools. For example, when teacher timesheets/claim forms are produced, each teacher can be emailed the pages of the report that are relevant to them.

Access to the Everywhere design
Ensemble Enterprise is the core module in the Ensemble everywhere design, giving its users options for remote teacher, school and parent access to information.

EnsembleXP.Net users can upgrade their user licences to Ensemble Enterprise Licences free of charge, but we ask that they purchase the necessary training for the upgrade.
