PARITOR PREPARES FOR ENSEMBLE LIVE

Paritor will be releasing a beta version of Ensemble live during the summer term, which is to be closely followed by Ensemble smart.

Ensemble live and Ensemble smart are extensions to EnsembleXP.Net. They offer remote access to certain specified functionalities, so that administrative tasks such as scheduling and recording pupil attendance and pupil attainment can be passed on to teaching staff and area/faculty managers.

Ensemble live requires an internet connection. Users could access it from public libraries, internet cafes, home PCs - basically, from any computer with access to the internet.

Ensemble smart is a smartclient, which means that it can function with or without an internet connection. It synchronises with EnsembleXP.Net when a connection becomes available. Ensemble smart is ideal for travelling area/faculty managers with laptops. More about these new developments in next term’s Paritor News.
