Ensemble smart is a smart client extension to the Ensemble enterprise music service software. It is a tool for area/faculty managers and for teachers. Ensemble smart can be used without internet access. It synchronises with the central database when a connection becomes available.

Ensemble smart is only available to Ensemble enterprise users who have an Ensemble everywhere Connector installed on a web server. An Ensemble everywhere Connector incurs a one-off fee of £3,500. Ensemble smart needs to be installed from a CD. Annual subscription to Ensemble smart costs £60 per user.
