Keep detailed records for each of your tutors. Records include:

• Full contact details
• Activities they're able to teach
• Pay details - pay codes, pay scales and contracts
• Schedule of current tuition plans
• Diary for recording lessons missed and made-up

Academy manages everything up to teachers' gross pay, including expenses and allowance payments for both claim-based and contracted staff.

Give teachers access to specific areas of Academy with their own user profiles. Have them input their pupils' progress and attendance records and create reports.
