Timetables
Timetables define all the tuition you provide, they link you with lessons, and show dates and times when lessons take place. They also define the pattern of tuition, frequency, duration etc. From this the system produces diary entries showing what tuition is taking place each day.
A schedule of all lessons is maintained containing information on when and how it is going to be provisioned, specifying if its term based or simply a period of time.
You can set the day, time and duration, and add variations to these details allowing you to accurately record the date when details of a lesson such as the required duration change.
From this schedule information the system generates diary entries taking into account term dates, non working days and dates when you are available. You can then produce detailed timesheets.
With all this information held within the system you can view your diary seeing all your lessons and also print out various reports such as pupil lists, registers, timesheets and schedules.
