Ensemble Enterprise is supplied under a concurrent licence agreement
Server Licence - £2,500
Each Client Licence - £2,500
Second and subsequent year support fee £500 per licence
Example
Software installed on thirty PC's but a maximum of ten users at any one time would require one server licence and ten concurrent client licences
One off licence fee of £2,500 + 10 x £2,500 = £27,500
From year two, support fee of 11 x £500 = £5,500 per year*
Your information
You can either keep the information on your own computer/server or we can host the information for you on our cloud based server.
Cloud based server
Up to 4000 students: £90 per month
Over 4000 students: £120 per month

If you decide you would prefer Paritor to host your data here’s what you get:

Ensemble Live
Requires Ensemble Lite or Enterprise.
Provides secure online access for teachers, parents and schools to complete timesheets and registers, view accounts, enter applications and view child progression, diaries and bills.
Ensemble Live is provided via an annual subscription including set up.
