Ensemble Enterprise
Designed for larger music and performing
arts services. The key additional features of Enterprise are the
higher management functions which are required by the larger services.
User permission management means that the key user(s) can allocate permission groups and associate functions within a group and then allocate groups to users, thereby controlling who can do what within the system. An example of this would be to allow a finance manager to have limited permission to edit only billing, payer and debt management and the financial reporting sections, whilst giving her permission to view other specified areas such as pupil or parent records. Alternatively, you can allow everyone to have all of the functions and be able to access and amend all of the information.
Due to their size, it is often much easier for larger performing arts services to be able to breakdown the local authority provision into different aspects such as north/south or areas such as rural/urban. Ensemble Enterprise allows you to do this.
These higher managerial features can be also be found in the instrument locations and records, billing, debt management, group records, payer management, school records and finally teacher records.
A log of who ran each function at what time is kept together with an audit of who changed what written to the database..
